We are seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management focused on the Scrum Master Role. As a part of the Global IT Organization, you will lead up to 4 scrum teams delivering value to our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Product Owners, Business Partners, Internal IT Delivery Leads, and other Stakeholders across multiple time zones to ensure the teams have support, clarity, and opportunities to be successful.
  • Lead the Team in the Scrum methodology.
  • Foster a secure environment where team members can grow as they mature through the agile transformation.
  • Ensure that all Scrum events take place and stay true to the value of the ceremonies.
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.

  • Leading change with a passion for supporting teams to transform their behaviors.
  • Creating an agile mindset focusing on agile values and principles, leading with transparency, inspection, and adaptation, delivering high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
  • Promoting self-organization and cross-functionality of the Team coaching each role to enable high performance of the Team.
  • Committing to quality and helping the team understand the why in any situation.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
  • Extensive background with project and program management processes, techniques, and methodologies
  • Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the Scrum methodology (Agile)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 platform
  • Proficient in English

Competitive Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
