We are seeking a skilled Senior Accounting Analyst to join our finance team and contribute to various projects worldwide.
Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct thorough financial transaction analysis, preparing accurate work papers for the annual balance.
- Identify and resolve complex accounting issues efficiently.
- Deliver precise and timely monthly reconciliations of amounts and balances.
- Verify invoices and expenses, analyzing supporting documentation thoroughly.
- Process supplier payments, ensuring compliance with retention and tax documentation requirements, and resolving discrepancies in purchase orders, invoices, payments, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date current accounts and reconcile bank accounts regularly.
- Keep supplier files organized and up-to-date at all times.
- Effectively manage petty cash, ensuring accurate registration and payment returns.
- Safeguard company values by maintaining confidentiality at all levels.
- Oversee tax settlements and prepare periodic account statement reports accurately.
- Manage credit card transactions efficiently.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of verifiable experience in similar positions.
- Familiarity with management and accounting systems (desirable).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
- Advanced English language skills.
