About the Role

At JLL, we're seeking a talented Digital Experience Architect to join our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team. As a key member of our Hub Team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of real estate for a better world.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, animation tools, and Microsoft Office is essential, as well as experience working within brand guidelines and delivering creative solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to develop wide-ranging materials, including web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest global trends in design, tools, and technology to ensure our outreach efforts remain modern, fresh, and effective.
  • Own the Hub digital style guides and ensure compliance across the globe.
  • Represent the Hub and GREF brands when necessary, ensuring the team remains in-sync with brand updates.
  • Manage the design and uploading process of all project materials, adhering to best practices for content management systems.
  • Partner with global signage teams for printed, digital, or other signage needs, ensuring compliance with GREF and Client design standards.
  • Act as design liaison to external agencies as needed, ensuring adherence to GREF and JLL brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Degree in Design, Art, Marketing, Writing, Social Communications, or similar, or equivalent in work and practical experience.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient level in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  • Animation and video tools proficiency.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, with a focus on PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Experience with social media, internal communication, marketing, or collaboration tools a plus.
  • Exceptional design skills with strong experience creating engaging content for global audiences.
  • Ability to work in a remote and global environment while demonstrating cultural sensitivity and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $85,000 and $120,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
