**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Environment Expert. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, including rooms, public spaces, and common areas.
  • Delivering exceptional guest service, responding promptly to guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding quality standards.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
