Job Overview
The Experian Global business is seeking a skilled Controls Testing Lead to support the development of testing methodology for critical financial key controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing control testing plans, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring gaps in controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute control testing plans in line with Experian risk management processes.
- Communicate and agree on gaps in controls with stakeholders.
- Support the Controls Testing Manager in developing testing methodologies and risk universe.
- Collaborate with assurance functions across the first, second, and third lines of defense.
- Presentation of results to senior management.
Requirements:
- Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
- 4+ years' experience in an audit and accounting firm.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- An understanding of IT systems and operation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
