**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled software development engineer to join our Enterprise Platforms & Applications DevOps CoE team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the environments for enabling tools that the Global DevSecOps team owns.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain and improve the environments for enabling tools owned by the Global DevSecOps team
  • Develop and implement solutions to automate tasks and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed
  • Participate in Agile methodology and SCRUM ceremonies
  • Represent the DevSecOps team and collaborate with all areas of the business as required

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced English skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to demonstrate strong troubleshooting/diagnostic skills, think analytically while working in a fast-paced IT environment
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Shows initiative and acts independently to resolve problems discovered
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion
  • Works effectively both as a team member in a team-oriented and collaborative environment and independently
  • Experience with SQL
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SCRUM
  • Sharp customer service skills
  • Fast learner
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as AWS

**Nice to Have Skills:**

  • Knowledge of Ansible Tower
  • Jenkins knowledge
  • Knowledge of code and scripting languages such as BASH, YAML, Python
  • Knowledge in CI/CD processes and practices
  • Familiar with the Atlassian suite (including Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence)
  • Strong Linux System Administration experience within a complex multi-tier environment
  • Familiar with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
  • Experience with PostgreSQL
  • Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services such as AWS, IaC technologies as Ansible, Kubernetes, etc
  • Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
  • Experience with ITIL methodology
  • Good understanding of distributed version control systems like GIT
