About the Role
The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting invoices, maintaining relationships with internal and external customers to ensure timely payment in Stryker's Costa Rica Shared Service Center.
This is a Shared Services role related to implementing the Finance One optimization program.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently throughout the month using various ERP systems.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve invoice discrepancies and identify process improvements.
- Maintain documentation to support AP transactions facilitating efficient review and audit of books and records.
- Prepare weekly and/or monthly reports on problem queue invoicing and aging analysis.
- Notify changes in process that may alter desktop procedures.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent studies towards a College degree in a related field.
- Fluent spoken and written English. Any other language is a plus.
- ERP systems knowledge, such as Oracle and SAP, is a big plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a finance function with experience performing accounts payables responsibilities in a matrixed international company.
