About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Transaction Coordinator to support our finance team in Auxis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify financial transactions, including bank deposits and journal entries.
  • Reconcile accounts, such as utility payments and licensing fees.
  • Enter financial data into our accounting system.
  • Provide support to the Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant on daily requests.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English and Spanish language skills (oral and written).
  • Technical degree in Finance or Accounting, or student of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
