Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented External Data Quality Reviewer to join our team at Labcorp. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing electronic vendor data to ensure it meets protocol specified parameters, is in correct format, and populates to the specified fields and patients correctly.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to interact with Clinical staff (CTM/CRA) to obtain local laboratory normal ranges for all sites. You will be responsible for researching and resolving discrepant information concerning normal ranges, maintaining proper documentation, entering and performing QC for local laboratory normal ranges, and verifying the normal ranges are properly attached to the patient results in the local lab data collection module of the database.
You may also be involved in supporting the development of Data Transfer Agreements and Data Transfer Specifications for vendor data transfers, reviewing data discrepancies generated by study specific edit checks for External data, and performing query management processes to resolve data issues. Additionally, you may communicate with vendors and clients regarding data transfer, data point issues, and validation issues, with initial oversight for support of this communication from EDS 2 or above.
The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
