Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Global Compliance Lead to design and establish an effective Internal Governance system and program. The role will involve monitoring organizational health and ensuring compliance with internal and/or external policies, procedures, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the internal governance system and program to effectively audit organizational compliance and rigor with regards to established business processes and standards.
- Act as a global expert and contact point for Internal Business Processes (SOPs), Policies and Procedures.
- Drive compliance across the organization and act as an escalation point for systemic compliance issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of related experience - Compliance Officer/Manager and Quality Assurance, etc.
- Relevant Certification(s) and experience with Industry Standards (ISO/COPC/TSIA, etc.).
- Experience with conducting or supporting Internal or Client Audits, and with implementation of Governance Program, Audit methodology, and annual audit plans.
- Strong knowledge of industry processes, standards, & regulations.
