This role is part of our finance department, responsible for identifying and resolving discrepancies in miscellaneous 'unidentified on account' amounts. You will work closely with other teams to resolve payment discrepancies, apply netting and international wires, and ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
As a Financial Transaction Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation to support accounts receivable transactions and facilitating the efficient review and audit of books and records. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need a business administration or accounting technical degree, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and fluency in spoken and written English.
