**Job Description**

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by identifying, planning, coordinating, and implementing improvement projects and programs involving materials, people, machinery, methods, and other factors directly and indirectly involved in product manufacture.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring products meet quality standards according to specifications and applicable regulations;
  • Executing financial feasibility studies and documenting return on investment (ROI);
  • Creating and revising manufacturing documentation;
  • Installing equipment and supporting process ramp-up at the site;
  • Identifying and executing improvements in manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment;
  • Implementing cost reduction improvements with guidance from manufacturing engineers;
  • Obtaining and installing equipment at the site;
  • Employing equipment, practices, and procedures that promote a healthy, safe, and secure work environment;
  • Executing processes and standards with embedded quality into the way of working, including compliance with safety protocols;
  • Providing technical support for designing, evaluating, and implementing improvements in current and new production and administrative processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and possess the following qualifications:

  • A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering; and
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
