• Providing strategic advice to management on key legal issues, including corporate, privacy, data protection, labor, and compliance.
• Managing relationships with external legal counsels and providers.
• Reviewing and drafting contracts.
• Coordinating signatures of corporate documentation.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Law.
• At least 3 years of professional corporate law experience.
• Experience with US law.
