Lead Java Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Software Engineer to join our team at Bma Group. As a seasoned professional in software development, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and assess technical feasibility, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Review, test, and debug team members' code, providing constructive feedback to improve overall quality.
- Maintain and update documentation as necessary, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all stakeholders.
- Participate in Scrum team activities and ceremonies, contributing to a collaborative and agile work environment.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Senior Java Developer or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks, including Spring Boot, and expertise in Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
- Excellent delegation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on analytical thinking and creative solutions.
- Experience working with SQL and database evolution in development and production environments.
- Proficiency in using version control tools and workflows, including Git and Gitflow.
- Excellent English communication skills, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency.
- Experience developing custom features in Salesforce (Apex code), with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services and implementation from a developer's perspective, including infrastructure as code.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
- Previous experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus, as well as familiarity with Angular.
