Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Tour Guide to lead tours of our coffee farm, sharing the fascinating history and culture of Costa Rica with our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and a keen sense of curiosity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Costa Rican culture, history, and geography.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish, both oral and written).
  • Certification from the Instituto Costarricense de Turismo.
  • 2+ years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
