**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working with process owners to develop holistic solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement and support out-of-the-box and custom patterns to discover on-premise and cloud infrastructure;
- Create and use reports and dashboards to monitor the health of our CMDB;
- Work with CI Data Owners and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of our CMDB data is maintained and all CIs are up-to-date;
- Establish and maintain discovery schedules and monitor discovery results, reconciling and addressing any anomalies;
- Participate in projects, including preparing project plans, assigning tasks, monitoring statuses, coordinating efforts, validating team recommendations, integrating efforts into a comprehensive strategy, and delivering results on time;
- Develop strategic design and requirements for small systems or modules of large systems;
- Introduce tools and automate repetitive processes;
- Be rotational on-call (1 week monthly, if necessary).
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent job experience required;
- 1+ year of knowledge of Public Cloud environments **AWS, AZURE, and GCP**;
- 1+ years of knowledge of **Windows or Linux Server administration**;
- 1+ knowledge in Active Directory, LDAP, Single-Sign-on, authentication OR user permission levels, SUDO virtualization, including VMware, containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift;
- 1+ years **IP Networks**, subnets, and related network knowledge;
- 6+ months experience in debugging, diagnosing, and trouble-shooting complex, production software;
- English proficiency B2 or above.
**What Sets You Apart:**
- Solid communication skills, including strong verbal presentation skills;
- Ability to communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and interact with all levels of the organization;
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery/CMDB solution design & configuration;
- Scripting using JavaScript, Groovy, PowerShell, Bash, RegEx, SQL, etc.
