Citi seeks a Strategic Financial Planner to join our Retail Services team. As a key member of the Finance division, you will be responsible for analyzing financial performance and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Citi's and competitor's financial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and coordinate annual planning and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Generate high-level reports for senior leadership and executive management on quarterly performance
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address business issues and provide recommendations
- Participate in Quarterly Competitor Reviews and Investment Reports to stay informed on market trends
- Assist in evaluating proposed business decisions using metrics and data analysis
- Execute time-sensitive activities to support client-facing Financial Planning and Analysis teams
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting and/or finance
- Preference given to candidates with experience in financial services
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial tools and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced English language proficiency required
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
