As a Hybrid/Remote Digital Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving web projects forward with our team members. You'll need to possess exceptional collaboration skills, influence, and problem-solving abilities to ensure seamless task execution.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, user experience, or a related field and 1-2 years of experience running enterprise websites or equivalent work experience.
Key qualifications include:
- Experience with enterprise-level content management systems (Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Teamsite, WordPress, Xaraya, etc.)
- Basic understanding of ticket management systems (Workfront, JIRA, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in English, written & verbal (Japanese, German, French, Chinese or Korean is a plus)
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Hard-working, positive, and driven demeanor
We offer a competitive salary range of CRC 10,400,000.00 - 14,300,000.00 per year, making us an attractive employer for talented individuals looking to grow their careers in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
