Job Description:

Ust Global is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for inventory management and lab operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Lab Operations: Assist in lab setup, perform low complexity SMD level rework, and enable basic lab setup including host and network.
  • Documentation: Create documentation for tasks performed and maintain accurate records.
  • Status Reporting: Report status of tasks assigned and maintain compliance to lab related reporting standards and process.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory handling and management.
  • Skillset: Knowledge of PC systems, experience of building systems, proficient with office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), good verbal and written communication skills, and ability to lift 25 to 40 lbs of weight.
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
