About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Linux System Engineer-L1 to join our team at Bma Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting demo delivery and complex content delivery to enable business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux administration, virtualization, and cloud computing, with experience in leading teams and making important decisions regarding engineering, configuration, and capacity planning. You will also be responsible for coaching and assisting junior engineers, as well as monitoring workload and acting as a point of escalation for the Systems Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and configure demo delivery and complex content delivery systems
  • Support and troubleshoot technical issues related to infrastructure and engineering
  • Lead and manage junior engineers, providing guidance and mentorship
  • Monitor workload and provide escalation support to the Systems Engineering team

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Strong background in Linux administration, virtualization, and cloud computing
  • Experience in leading teams and making important decisions regarding engineering, configuration, and capacity planning
