The role of this position is crucial in supporting the business during the presales process, driving sales growth, and ensuring successful closure of deals.
This individual will work closely with sales colleagues and internal stakeholders to drive the sales process for complex products or services, including growing the client base, assisting the sales team during new business generation, providing expert knowledge on compliance solutions, and leading effective product demonstrations and proof-of-concept exercises.
The responsibilities involve building and executing sales strategies to meet annual sales goals and targets aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
Key performance indicators include working with sales colleagues and internal stakeholders to drive the proof of concept (POC) process in the sales cycle, supporting the development of new business within assigned territories, partnering with Sales Specialists to develop clear, concise proposals and deliver targeted client demos, collaborating with Product Management and Product Strategy to promote improvement in product quality and development of new sources of revenue.
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years' experience in direct business-to-business sales roles, product roles, or sales engineering roles, with a focus on serving financial services and/or corporate customers.
The successful candidate will possess strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with senior executives both internally and externally, and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate/first-level degree required
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance such as AML, KYC, and Sanctions Compliance desirable
- Ability to provide detailed demonstrations of products & services
