Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at AC Hotels. As a Culinary Artist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.

Requirements:

• Possess excellent culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
