The Sr. Analyst - Procurement Services plays a key role in a client sourcing service delivery team, responsible for managing data and utilizing internal and external sources to update third-party records according to Denali's corporate policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment of external vendors through a process of triage, data cleanup, gap identification, and closure.
- Engagement with stakeholders to ascertain internal and cyber risk data and contacts for third-party suppliers.
- Providing support for new tickets and managing the global vendor base.
- Closely collaborating with stakeholders and supporting the delivery of other DSS procurement and sourcing services, including spend analysis, supplier performance management, and contract administration.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of Data Management experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
- Deep understanding of change management processes
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Ability to work independently and with various technology platforms
- Detail-oriented
