About the Role:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Selenium, Java, and API testing. They will also be proficient in cloud infrastructure as code concepts and cross-device testing strategies, as well as automation via devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing test strategies and plans in conjunction with App Engineering, Architecture, and Prod Arch.
- Data creation and management, as well as environment stewardship and management.
- Integrating test automation into a CI/CD pipeline in a DevOps environment.
- Experience working in a TDD/BDD environment and utilizing technologies such as JUnit, Rest Assured, Karate, Jbehave/Cucumber frameworks, APIs (REST/SOAP).
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in Java.
- 7 years of experience in Selenium.
- Ability to commute/relocate to San José, Provincia de San José.
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of Swagger and OpenAPI.
- Experience creating test cases and integrating them into a CI/CD pipeline.
- Understanding of DevOps principles.
