We are seeking a highly skilled Python Backend Developer to join our team at Prometeo Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and reliable backend systems using Python.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality Python code for various projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Python Developer in a production environment
- Expert knowledge of Python programming language, including data structures, file I/O, and exception handling
- Familiarity with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL
- Experience with test-driven development and unit testing frameworks, strong testing and debugging skills
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with Kafka and RPC frameworks like gRPC
- Experience with React or other front-end frameworks
