We seek talented individuals who share our vision and values. As a Senior Project Director at Hakkoda, you will lead client engagements and drive the development of our Delivery Methodology. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of client projects, guiding and developing individual team members, and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a servant leader for Agile teams involved in data migration projects, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching team members on Agile principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and define project goals, tracking progress and communicating status updates.
  • Manage risks and dependencies, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions within project timelines and budgets.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication, transparency, and constructive feedback among team members.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes, conducting retrospectives and implementing Agile best practices and frameworks.
