A research specialist will collaborate with User Experience, Product Management, Engineering teams to drive product growth using Seller Insights. This role will involve identifying best research methods, defining a comprehensive research roadmap, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable human-centered research methods to answer questions based on research queries, timelines, and resources.
- Develop and execute a research strategy; communicate and refresh it regularly to ensure relevance.
- Gather and analyze data to test design hypotheses, derive recommendations, and validate human error probabilities.
Requirements:
- BS or MS in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Engineering, or similar fields.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills to convey complex concepts clearly across different audiences.
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments and ability to work in a startup environment.
- Human-centered/human factors research experience or other technical field experience.
