We are seeking a skilled Catalog Specialist, Amazon Fresh to join our Ultra-Fast-Fresh Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Amazon US Grocery Delivery business and its various verticals.
**Job Summary**
The primary role of this position is to support the Ultra-Fast-Fresh Support team in ensuring the smooth operation of the Amazon Fresh selection process. You will work closely with vendor, instock and marketing managers as well as distribution, selection and pricing teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze drivers of sourceability and buyability issues and resolve underlying problems
- Speed up selection onboarding processes by comparing intended selection attributes with source data base and coordinate new item setup
- Reduce defects during order process through audits
- Schedule marketing campaigns
- Monitor and execute price changes in systems in line with Retail seller of record recommendations
- Monitor a ticketing queue to comply with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
