This role involves participating in the architecture, design, deployment, and planning of Mac and Windows based client systems for Smartsheet. As an IT Systems Infrastructure Specialist, you will utilize an engineering mindset to develop creative solutions for our end user systems.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a corporate Linux, Mac, and Windows environment working as a client systems administrator or desktop engineer. You should be familiar with Microsoft MDM Solutions (Intune, MECM/SCCM) and have experience implementing or administering MAC MDM Solutions (JAMF, Kandji).
You will also be responsible for automating manual processes and other items to create efficiencies, driving to create a positive and seamless user experience, and partnering with the compliance/security team to address, patch, and prevent vulnerabilities.
