We're seeking a skilled DevOps Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll work closely with geographically dispersed teams to provide remote end-user support, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize our IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Act on received alerts based on documentation and troubleshooting guides
  • Work within project standards, methodologies, and documentation
  • Help optimize IT's use of resources

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree with 0-12 months of experience
  • 2 years of directly related experience
  • ITIL certifications
  • DevOps knowledge
  • Windows/Linux certification
