Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information on project phases, tasks, duration, resources, and costs
  • Maintaining, publishing, and distributing comprehensive project plans
  • Documenting, obtaining approval, and tracking all changes in project parameters
  • Communicating project changes and events to concerned parties
  • Acting as a liaison among internal and external clients, business unit functional areas, and project development teams to ensure effective project coordination
  • Facilitating communications among project participants to expedite project processes and resolve issues and problems
  • Scheduling and facilitating meetings on project status and issue resolution
  • Preparing presentations to senior management on project schedule, process, and status
  • Interviewing internal and external clients and determining project needs and priorities
  • Developing lists of tasks, defining their interdependencies, assigning resources, and tracking task progress to completion
  • Determining specific project deliverables, defining the process for the review and approval of deliverables, and specifying quality criteria for deliverables assessment
  • Leads client and internal team calls and maintains project log
  • Building time estimates, developing project schedule, and addressing scheduling problems as they arise
  • Estimating project costs, preparing budget recommendations, and monitoring and reporting project performance to budget constraints
  • Monitoring and reporting project progress to objectives in timeframes, scope, quality, cost, and risks


Requirements

We require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 2 years of related experience. A basic knowledge of project management methodology and tools, including software, is necessary. Basic knowledge of business unit products and operations, legislation, and regulations impacting business unit industry is also required. Strong oral and written communication skills, project management and organizational skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, leadership skills, and ability to travel are essential for this role.
