Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Functional Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders and technical teams to drive business process improvements and deliver high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Document and analyze complex processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide business analysis support for IT projects and initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend changes to improve business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management of Information Systems (MIS), or Computer Information Systems (CIS or CS)
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Experience with process mapping and documentation, as well as knowledge of System Development Lifecycle Methodologies (SDLC) and Agile Development methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
