**Job Description**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong financial and accounting skills to support our supply chain finance organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing process improvements to drive business results.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare budget for NAM Supply Chain Finance, budget update and load to TM1.
- Analyze assigned GL accounts, monitor expenditures, and recommend budget adjustments as deemed appropriate.
- Identify issues causing transaction recording errors, process reclass entries or request and follow up for their correction and investigate root causes to request preventive measures.
- Perform monthly closing and accruals and analyze freight/warehouse bills, reclassify transactions or journal entry, prepare and document monthly accruals.
- Execute the performance analysis for distribution center, storage costs and freight volume and non-volume as well as the Risk & Opportunities.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage his/her time efficiently.
- Detail oriented with the ability to capture information in a clear, concise manner and can adapt information for various audiences.
- Works well in a team environment and is a self-starter who requires minimal direction and support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage a rapidly changing environment.
