We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Leader to join our team at Te Connectivity. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing process for a specific value stream and driving efficiency improvements.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the manufacturing process for a specific value stream to ensure quality products are delivered on time
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide technical expertise to resolve processing issues and create corrective actions with follow-through plans
- Manage employee performance through effective coaching and evaluation, skill and behavioral training, development, and goal setting
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations-related field, or equivalent operational experience
- Knowledge of Operations Management and contemporary manufacturing/quality methods and systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in supervisory and project management roles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
