We are seeking a Temporary Financial Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Moody's Investors Service. In this role, you will support our global process by entering financial data into our internal databases.
The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in a finance-related field and some relevant work experience. Knowledge of analyzing financial documents and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, are essential skills for this position.
You will work closely with our rating analysts to ensure timely and effective handling of internal and external client requests. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent administrative skills and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support document downloads, including manual downloads and resolving issues related to the process.
- Support new deal setup, data capture, lifecycle data maintenance, and data quality assurance for rating analysts.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data updates, prepares rating actions, and publishes ratings.
- Monitor designated mailboxes to ensure timely handling of internal and external client requests.
- Undergraduate degree in a finance-related field.
- Relevant work experience or internship experience.
- Knowledge of analyzing financial documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Advanced English and Spanish written and verbal command.
