Job Summary
We provide individuals or enterprises the opportunity to sell their goods on the Amazon platform through the Amazon Marketplace. Worldwide, more than a million sellers use this Marketplace and contribute to our success.
Main Responsibilities
- Recruit Sellers and manage Seller relationships by championing their needs at Amazon.
- Support the growth of Sellers' businesses by adding selection and programs, and delivering on key business opportunities for Sellers.
- Support key improvement initiatives and projects: drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development and on-boarding teams.
- Work with Sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.
- Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business, and establish long-term, successful partnerships.
- Track and report performance using appropriate metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
- Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience required.
- Experience navigating complex processes/environment.
