Job Summary:

Catalina Marketing is seeking a skilled Information Security Analyst to join our Global Privacy Office.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in protecting our brand by identifying and reducing risk across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective data management strategies to protect sensitive information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between security and privacy compliance programs
  • Provide guidance on privacy best practices and develop training programs to educate employees
  • Support business initiatives regarding digitalization and mobility by ensuring proper privacy measures are implemented
  • Stay up-to-date on evolving privacy regulations and develop strategies to mitigate risk
  • Monitor and report on privacy compliance, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with the Data provider due diligence process, Third Party Assurance program, Client Assurance program, and DPIA's as required
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide expert advice on privacy-related matters, ensuring consistency with applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proven expertise in data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, APPI)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
