We are seeking an experienced leader to direct key initiatives within our business, focusing on the collection, analysis, and reporting of business needs and requirements. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage resources and allocate work effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data governance and intercompany data, as well as experience working with Full Suite and Genesis. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions.
This position involves leading enterprise-wide working group meetings, capturing requirements, developing delivery plans, and managing the entire lifecycle of metrics and report production. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing SLAs, initiating and leading process reengineering to drive efficiencies, and coordinating communications across multiple workstreams and organizations.
