Job Description
As a Senior Revenue Analyst at Moodys Corporation, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by analyzing and optimizing revenue streams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years operational accounting experience including FP&A (preferably in a large multi-national company) or prior experience in an audit firm
- Good knowledge of U.S GAAP and understanding of revenue recognition principles
- Advanced excel and analytical skills and being comfortable with large sets of data required
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to details is required
- Experience with SAP and Apttus would also be beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment, while taking the initiative, staying organized and motivated, and maintaining excellent follow up
- Familiarity with BI tools, Microsoft Power BI and Alteryx would be good but not essential
