As a Procurement Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in negotiating contracts with suppliers for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies. You will facilitate category management, purchase goods and services for ongoing operations, and manage corporate services.
Your focus on project tasks and goals will contribute to achieving business objectives. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative team environment for your colleagues.
You will support the timely execution of cross-category responsibilities in alignment with business objectives. This includes providing support to activities on centralized operational support for S&ES sourcing processes and events, along with execution and storage of S&ES contracts.
You will also support the development of RFXs, which may include Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs) or Request for Information (RFIs) including the eSourcing capability.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Source to Contract processes
- Ability to implement process improvement opportunities under guidance
- Strong communications skills
- English language fluency
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
