Key Responsibilities- Technical Solutions Provision: Provide technical solutions and configuration design expertise to customers and sales teams on specified product lines.
- Phone Support: Provide phone support in accordance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Sales and Marketing Support: Provide sales and marketing support to increase vendor and product awareness.
- Technical Presentations and Training: Provide technical presentations and training to sales, support, and customers.
- Departmental Projects: Participate in departmental projects in a leadership or ownership role.
- Reporting and Data Management: Report on key metrics as designated by product lines of responsibility and distribute monthly updates to SE Manager, Product Marketing Team, and vendor representatives.
- Customer Interaction: Log customer calls and place orders for customers in accordance with TD SYNNEX's pricing guidelines.
- Technical Data Management: Update TD SYNNEX's systems and tools with accurate technical data on specific product lines.
- Team Collaboration: Provide technical and non-technical input to team members, project leaders, and management as appropriate.
- Quarterly Vendor Objectives: Develop and obtain approval on Quarterly Vendor Objectives (QVO) documents, which state goals and objectives to support vendor marketing strategies to grow sales.
- Tactical Planning: Develop tactical plans and perform associated duties necessary to support QVO.
- Trade Show and Event Participation: Participate in trade shows, seminars, trainings, and other marketing events.
- Marketing Team Meetings: Attend scheduled Marketing Team meetings.
- Cross-Training and Development: Seek and participate in cross-training activities.
- Relationship Building: Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Stress Management: Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Presentation Skills: Able to create and conduct formal presentations.

- Technical Certifications: Minimum of one current major certification recognized by the Systems Engineering Department, with a strong commitment to continued development of technical skills as evidenced by additional certifications or demonstrated expertise on a relevant technology or product line.
- Technical Experience: Minimum of 5 years technical support experience with PCs, high-end servers, local area networks, and associated components, with at least 2 years in phone support environments.
- Vendor Relations Experience: Minimum of 1 year vendor relations experience in a presales vendor support role.
- Product Presentations and Training Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in formal product presentations and/or technical sales training to small and medium audiences.
- Project Management Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in project management.
- Trade Show Experience: Previous trade show experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of the interoperability of various PC components, software, peripherals, networking, desktop platforms, applications, standalone and network operating systems, with strong technical abilities in at least 2 of these areas.
