Job Description
">This contract-to-hire and/or full-time role will involve working as a Dynamics 365 consultant to support the growth of our client's business. As a key member of their IT core services team, you will be responsible for partnering with the business to understand their needs and work with them to define requirements and demonstrate the Dynamics capabilities in order to implement the best solution.
">You will also help design, develop, and support a Customer Service Agent Desktop within Dynamics 365, including On Prem and Remote Hardware Integrations for principles located on prem and remote in the USA. Additionally, you will lead discussions with various users across the business, along with other IT areas and 3rd party vendors.
">As a mentor and lead within our growing IT team, you will operate as a leader and guide others in their roles. You will also be responsible for defining and analyzing software requirements to determine specifications and standards, coordinating with the testing team on resolution of identified defects.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong intellectual curiosity and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (preferred). A minimum of 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience (preferably cloud-based Dynamics 365) and 8+ years of IT-related engineering/buildout/integration experience are required.
">Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and find solutions to solving them. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish are also necessary.
">Experience with Power Platform, PowerBI, and SQL Server is a plus, as is prior experience leading implementation or upgrades. Willingness to function in multiple roles throughout the design, development, and implementation process is also required.
