The ERC DLS Team Manager plays a critical role in setting the vision and direction for our team, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and productivity.

  • Manage and lead a team of highly skilled contact center agents who provide services in the leave, disability, and accommodation space.
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure performance objectives are met and employee engagement is high.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve the quality and productivity of the team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of related contact center management experience.
  • 2+ years or more people management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced college education in a related field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or alike).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to analyze, problem solve, organize, and manage multiple priorities.

You should be comfortable with a high-volume workload and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in English, both verbal and written. Detail orientation with ability to audit self and others for a very high level of accuracy.
