We are seeking an experienced Global Content Strategist to develop and implement our training program at Lionbridge Technologies.
Company Overview:
AWSLOC translates an approximate amount of 3 billion words yearly for 43 languages (including different language flavors). To support this large scope, we need to develop a scalable training program to support quality improvement across languages, assets, teams, and vendors.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to support quality improvement across languages, assets, teams, and vendors.
- Design and develop training materials in all modalities, including ILT, e-learning, video, motion design.
- Review and update existing knowledge management content based on each audience's needs.
- Implement content in LMS and Content Management systems.
- Ensure training KPIs are reviewed and reported on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and perform analysis on any behaviors/processes that could impact data integrity.
- Create, organize, maintain, and manage product training curricula in the LMS.
- Provide support for SMEs to facilitate virtual instructor-led training.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Expertise in planning, implementing, and assessing training.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or Flash.
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities, including ILT, e-learning, video, motion design.
- Knowledge of adult learning methodology and training practices.
- Understanding of industry learning trends and best practices, adult learning theory, and instructional design principles.
- Solid project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exposure to Learning Management System.
