About the Role:
- As a Data Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Your primary focus will be on supporting our clients during the pre-sales process, ensuring seamless transitions to successful deal closures.
- You will work closely with sales colleagues and internal stakeholders to drive the sales process for complex products or services, growing the client base, and assisting the sales team in new business generation.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert knowledge on Moody's Analytics compliance solutions.
- Leading effective product demonstrations and proof-of-concept exercises.
- Building and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales goals and targets.
- Collaborating with Product Management and Product Strategy to promote improvement in product quality and development of new revenue streams.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients by identifying gaps and recommending solutions leveraging market and technical knowledge.
- Assessing client needs and providing insightful, client-specific technical guidance on product questions.
- Representing the company at industry and company-sponsored events, as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years' experience in direct B2B sales roles, product roles, or sales engineering roles, focusing on financial services and corporate customers.
- Detailed demonstration and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, such as AML, KYC, and Sanctions Compliance.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with senior executives both internally and externally.
- Independent and team-oriented work environment with high attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $109,200 to $158,250, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
