- Resolve outstanding items with suppliers, request credits or refunds when necessary, and provide support to the billing department with open cases.
- Assist prepayment account suppliers with payment amount requests and follow up on balances.
- Support suppliers with any queries they may have.
- 1-2 years' experience in financial analyst, accounting, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle and related programs.
- Advanced Excel skills (forms, pivots, VLOOKUPs).
