- Actively participate in the creation, implementation, and ongoing evolution of Swoop's design and development methodologies, coding standards, and style guidelines
- Track progress of stories and tasks pertaining to sprint goals and sprint requirements
- Work with business stakeholders to define and prepare functional and design specifications of new features and products
- Design and develop responsive and adaptive websites that meet usability and accessibility web standards and best practices
- Provide accurate estimates for development effort, complexity, and risk for software development sustainment streams and capital projects
Requirements:
- Minimum of six (6) or more years of professional experience in software development - specifically in front-end development
- Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
- Expertise in advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Expertise in UI/UX responsive design
- Expertise in Vue.js, React, or Angular
- Expertise with headless CMS tools such as Contentful
- Expertise in unit test creation
- Expertise with SEO and SEM optimization and implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a positive attitude, taking a team-based approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in version control tools such as Git
