About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production planning to effectively comply with product requirements and maintain a balance between client requirements and site efficiency and inventory level. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting production planning to maintain a balance between client requirements and site efficiency and inventory level;
- Establishing an actual reachable and acceptable production plan;
- Achieving timely communication with operative areas (production purchasing etc.) and with the entire organization;
- FOLLOWING UP ON PRODUCTION PLAN through defining appropriate quantities distribution and times to achieve maximum operative efficiency;
- Reviewing and following up production orders according to analysis of the planning run;
- Calculating and providing lead times to customer service and sales support;
- Coordinating with production logistics quality and customer service for daily business;
- Reviewing and suggesting safety stock levels on finished goods;
- CAPACITY ESTIMATION FOR PRODUCTION FLOOR;
- Estimating workload for next 3 months on a weekly basis;
- Performing capacity requirement analysis;
- Adjusting workload maximizing capacity;
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of Engineering Science preferred;
- 2 years’ experience in material/production planning or manufacturing environment;
- English Level B2+: (80% - 89%);
