We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Junior Billing Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for performing daily billing activities, including updating customer billing profiles and creating and distributing invoices to customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Update customer billing profiles
- Create and distribute invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete customer setup, contract review, and invoicing tasks
- Resolve basic disputes and discrepancies concerning customer profiles, billing, and invoicing
**Requirements**
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- English proficiency at level B2 or C1
- At least 1 year of experience with Excel
**Desirable Skills**
If you have skills in Oracle, are a university career student in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or have 1 year of experience working in an accounting environment, you may find this role particularly appealing.
