We are seeking an exceptional Senior Production Designer to join our team at Hangar Worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality production design solutions that exceed client expectations.

The Senior Production Designer will be responsible for leading the production design process, collaborating with designers, writers, and other stakeholders, and ensuring that design specifications are implemented. They will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, systems, tools, technologies, and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leveraging expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to deliver high-quality production design solutions
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into digital products
  • Developing and implementing production design processes and standards with a strategic approach
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, systems, tools, technologies, and platforms
  • Mentoring and coaching team members through project development and performance management

Requirements:

  • Advanced English knowledge (B2 reading, writing, some conversational)
  • 4+ years of experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, magazines, newspapers, design agencies, and startups
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of print mechanicals and file preparation for vendors
  • Experience supervising and participating in production design for print, visual communication, and digital design
  • Experience creating assets for digital/print products
  • Experience building dielines for print
  • Understanding of marketing and advertising concepts
  • Knowledge of productivity tools: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Drive, Box, Paper, Evernote, Teams)
  • Familiarity with 3D software (Blender, Rhino)
